Since this is my very first post, I guess I will make it short and sweet. My name is Sylvia, I am a wife (no children.. yet) and work full-time. I like to spend my downtime watching TV and reading personal finance blogs. The decision to create this blog can be found on the about page.
Like many other bloggers, this blog will be a way to keep me accountable and on track to reach my financial goals. In addition to writing about the different tips and tricks I have come across during my financial journey, I will write about my failures, successes and other miscellaneous financial items.

Find like minded friends and if you have small children, as your children grow, you can trade clothes and toys. Make things like holiday decorations and cards yourself.
